My Question or Issue

My library has a few songs. The library is downloaded, no other song or playlist is downloaded. If I remove a song from my library, is the downloaded data for that song deleted from my hard disk for that song?

Yes the song data will be removed. In essence it will make you song not playable when you are offline/disconnected from the internet.
