Sharing a song through WhatsApp is an option on the Andriod Spotify platform, but not when using Spotify on my Mac desktop computer... so, is there a way I can add WhatsApp on the Mac desktop platform?

Hey! I'd suggested share Spotify link via WhatsApp web version or Mac version.

Sorry ... I don't understand your response. If you don't mind, what specifically did you do to be able to share a song playing on Spotify on a Mac desktop through WhatsApp?

You can copy the song link and share it using the Desktop version of Spotify. Also check out this idea to implement a direct share to WhatsApp button for the Desktop version of Spotify.

From Spotify Desktop to Whatsapp Web:
If you copy and paste the song link, it doesn't show the cover... It's frustrating!
