Local files not viewable

My Question or Issue

Hi there,

since one of the last updates, my local files are not accessible any more. I activated the feature in the settings like you can see in the attachments here. The help section than says that there should be a list at the left side where I can access the local files.

But there is no list. I see my playlists, "Release Radar", "Family Mix" and so on, but no local files.

How can I reactivate the local files "Playlist" again?

Local files are now under Your Library-> Playlists->Local Files.
