&lt;P&gt;It's worth checking your &lt;A href="https://support.apple.com/guide/security/seca0e83763f/web" target="_blank"&gt;Firewall settings&lt;/A&gt; and making sure Spotify is allowed to access your network. You can also check your hosts file for any entries with Spotify and remove them by following these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Finder &amp;gt; Go &amp;gt; Utilities&lt;/STRONG&gt; and open the &lt;STRONG&gt;Terminal&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Enter the following command: &lt;STRONG&gt;sudo nano /etc/hosts&lt;/STRONG&gt; to open the hosts file.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When the file is opened, you will see a block of text with &lt;STRONG&gt;#&lt;/STRONG&gt; in front of each line and might see entries like &lt;STRONG&gt;127.0.0.1 website2.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check for any entries with &lt;STRONG&gt;spotify &lt;/STRONG&gt;or &lt;STRONG&gt;fastly &lt;/STRONG&gt;in the address. Examples may look like &lt;STRONG&gt;0.0.0.0 weblb-wg.gslb.spotify.com&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;0.0.0.0 prod.b.ssl.us-eu.fastlylb.net&lt;/STRONG&gt;. If you do find any, you can delete the line.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Save your changes and restart the Spotify app.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Flushing your DNS cache could also help here, so feel free to try that as well - just enter the following command in the Terminal: &lt;STRONG&gt;sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder. &lt;/STRONG&gt;If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily to see if that does the trick.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Give a clean reinstall a go, &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;as described here&lt;/A&gt;. Try the steps again and if it doesn't work, post a screenshot of what you're seeing, we didn't receive the last one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's also important to try a different internet connection and turn off any VPN connections, if you're using such.&lt;/P&gt;
