Try to reload the page".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does not matter how many times I do it, it never works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled the app so many times, delete the cache...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This type of case is usually related to some specific cache stored on the "host files" of your device. First, we'd recommend clearing any entries which contain Spotify from the host files on your computer by following the instructions in &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/All-spotify-features-no-longer-work/td-p/4515752" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;this post&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different network connection to see if it makes any difference? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot.&lt;/P&gt;

That was the problem, but for edit the hosts file in macOs is a bit different.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.- You must open the terminal and write the next command:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;sudo nano /etc/hosts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.- Then you can edit the lines that appears in the link you've post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you another time!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
