Playlists missing on Mac Desktop application

My Question or Issue

When I use the Mac desktop app and start rearranging my playlists, entire folders of playlists will just disappear and now appear to be missing.

Just to check, do the playlists appear if you try searching for them using the app's search bar? Are you able to see your playlists and folders on other devices that you use Spotify on?
