&lt;P&gt;Could you tell us more about your issue? What errors do you get when you attempt to log in and does the Premium Student login work on any other device?&lt;BR /&gt;If it does but you're getting an error when logging in on the desktop app, try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure the credentials you're using are for the Premium account and not a free one; Spotify free will only work for a limited time abroad, so if you're accidentally trying to log into a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Find-out-if-you-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;secondary account&lt;/A&gt; that is on the free tier, it will not work until you &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Changing-country-settings/ta-p/950275" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;change its country settings&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the Premium credentials work for the &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Web Player&lt;/A&gt; and a mobile app, but not for the desktop app, we can also try some troubleshooting as well:
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;See if removing the cached data would make a difference;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In case the issue remains, you can also clear the hosts file as shown &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Clearing-hosts-file/ta-p/6130332" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If this doesn't help either, you can try going for a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;complete clean reinstall of the app&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
