    <description>This has been happening for a while, I've just got annoyed enough to seek a solution. After computer sleeps, (MacOS 13.7.1 Spotify for macOS (Intel)&lt;BR /&gt;1.2.55.235.g5eaa0904) Spotify will loose network connection (Something went wrong error message) and can only play downloaded songs despite no network issues. I can clear the cache and restart and everything works great until my computer sleeps and then the issue reoccurs. Not even clicking "Spotify Help" or "Spotify Community" works until I clear/restart. Thoughts?</description>

Basically, I can’t go on any playlist besides the one I was able to download before the bug, nor can I search new songs or even just go on the home page. If I try to, a “something went wrong” message pops up. I can’t even see the songs lyrics. I can just listen to the songs on that one playlist I downloaded. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's possible that you have Offline mode toggled on. To turn it off:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open Spotify.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;In the Apple menu at the top of the screen, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Spotify&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Find &lt;STRONG&gt;Offline mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and switch it off.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend resetting your preferences by deleting the &lt;STRONG&gt;prefs&lt;/STRONG&gt; file, located in the Spotify installation folder:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open Finder on your Mac and click &lt;STRONG&gt;Go &amp;gt; Library&lt;/STRONG&gt; (if you don't have hidden folders enabled, press the option key first and it should appear).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Application Support &amp;gt; Spotify&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;There you'll find a file called &lt;STRONG&gt;prefs&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which holds info about the currently logged in account. Simply delete it.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;While in the Spotify folder, you'll also find a &lt;STRONG&gt;Users&lt;/STRONG&gt; folder. Open it and delete its contents as well.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Restart the Spotify app.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note that you'll be logged out and your settings will be reset, so you'll have to adjust them again. You'll have to re-download your offline content as well. Your library, however, will not be affected, so no worries there.&lt;/P&gt;

 Could you try changing the &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable hardware acceleration&lt;/STRONG&gt; setting to see if you notice any difference? You can do so by clicking your profile picture &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Scroll down to Compatibility. If it's currently switched on, you can try turning it off, and then log out from the app and back in again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
 Another option, if that doesn't do the trick, is to check if you experience the same thing with another internet connection. If you're currently using WiFi, you can create a hotspot in your phone and connect your Mac to that connection.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First make sure that you're not still logged into Spotify on your mobile app. If you are, log out. Then clear song/playlist search history in the app and clear Spotify cache.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If that still doesn't work try switching between No Proxy and Auto-Detect Settings. Next, restart Spotify. Finally restart your laptop if you're listening to Spotify on laptop, log back in and then log into Spotify again.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much the only thing on the internet that worked. I had reinstalled the app cleared cache logged out turned on and off the offline mode nothing worked! but this actually fixed it.&lt;BR /&gt;cheers!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
