How can I search songs I've saved by an artist in the library?

When I click on the artist who's music I've saved, it doesn't take me to a page where I can see other saved songs. It takes me to the artists spotify profile. I only want to see the songs that I've saved. Is there a way to do this?

Hi @huntersulc!

There are two ways to do this.

1. You can navigate to an artist's profile, then scroll down slightly to the Liked Songs section

This will give you a page of all of the songs you have liked from this artist.

2. You can search your library for the artist's name.

Click on the search button within your Liked Songs playlist (or press Command + F), and type the artist's name.

Hey there, thanks for asking the community! 😉

look like you need help searching up your saved artists in your library

you can just follow these instructions

1. Open the Spotify app on your device.

2. Tap on the "Library" tab located at the bottom of the app.

3. Tap on the "Artists" tab located at the top of the Library page.

4. Tap on the artist you would like to search songs for.

5. Scroll down to view all the saved songs by the artist.

Saved songs in a playlist are different from the liked songs. I think the original post is looking for "saved in playlist" I'm having the same issue.

At the moment, this is only possible with the saved Liked songs, but not yet available with the songs you've included in a playlist. If you want to show your support for this feature, a similar idea has already been suggested here - feel free to add your vote to it by hitting the “Thumbs up” button!

This is a good answer. But liked songs for an artist as you show doesn't appear with either Iphone, Chromebook ap or web player. Way back when, Spotify used to have an artist page with liked songs...

I lost thousands of artists and songs in the UI change. I rarely 'liked' songs or artists, I just saved them. I had some small playlists but mostly interacted via alphabetical list of artists. All gone now it seems. Spotify says to go to 'Songs' tab but there is only liked songs, not saved songs from the beforetimes.Is there ANY access to these old songs

does anyone know?

i see "music popular" followed by popular releases, then "featuring artist", then "clips from Artist", then "about", then "artist playlists", then "fans also like", then "appears on" and that's the end of the line for me 😕

Hi, @Utalaylien,

The "Liked Songs" section on the artist page is usually located somewhere near the list of popular songs, as shown on @kaworu_bloodpaw's screenshot above. If you don't see it on your end, then you most likely don't have any liked songs or albums saved by this artist yet. You can add some via the green check mark ✔️.

💡 Note: The "Liked Songs" section contains entries from your Liked Songs playlist as well as any saved albums in Your Library. Other playlists are not taken into account at the moment, but if this is something that interests you, I'd recommend showing your support to the idea @OscarDC mentioned.

Another idea which you folks might find intriguing is being able to search for individual songs within all playlists in Your Library, so feel free to check it out as well and share your feedback.

One thing that I think makes a difference is paid vs not paid version. I did do temporary paid subscription a while back (after searching for this answer) and I remember being able to see all liked songs under an artist. That option doesn't seem to exist in unpaid.

Artist page include section for favorite songs

Allow users to flag their favorite songs for an artist. On the artist’s page, include a section next to ‘music’, ‘clips’, and ‘merch’ where users can access their favorite songs for the specific artist.
