Everything works fine in browser and on my iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error message:&lt;BR /&gt;"No internet connection detected"&amp;nbsp; (Error code: accesspoint: 31)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a next step, can you please try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check your firewall and make sure Spotify is whitelisted.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Remove all Spotify entries from your &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Clearing-hosts-file/ta-p/6130332" target="_blank"&gt;hosts file&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall any ad-blocker apps.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If possible, try connecting your laptop to the internet via a mobile hotspot. Should the app work through it, consult with your router's manufacturer.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you're on a non-personal device or network (student laptop, student network, corporate laptop, corporate network) get in touch with the administrator for more help.&lt;/LI&gt;
