&lt;P&gt;We'd like to gather a bit more info in order to figure out what might be causing this, so it'd be great if you can share the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does this only happen in the desktop app or in &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank"&gt;the Web Player &lt;/A&gt;as well? What about the mobile one?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Do you get any error messages, such as "Spotify can't play this right now"?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does this happen with everything you try to play or with specific playlists/albums?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is your PC connected to any external devices when this happens?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you've started with some good troubleshooting steps already, we'd also recommend checking if logging out and back in a couple of times in a row makes a difference. In case you have another internet connection available, you can give that a try as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you getting any error messages when this happens? If so, sending us a screenshot of it would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally, does this happen with all your content? We'd also like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
