Here are the problems I’m experiencing:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Home page is completely blank except for the left sidebar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the left sidebar, there is a playlist "Endorse barla" showing that I don’t recognize and never liked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only playlist that actually works from the left menu is my &lt;STRONG&gt;Liked Songs&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no synchronization between the songs I liked on my phone and what appears on my MacBook.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I search for a song or artist, the app either loads indefinitely or shows messages like:&lt;/P&gt;“Something went wrong with loading the artist”&lt;BR /&gt;“Search for something else”&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I try to navigate using the left menu, nothing loads properly either (except for Liked Songs).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I click on my profile (top right corner), nothing loads or responds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Spotify Web Player works perfectly, and the app on my phone also works fine. The issue only happens with the desktop app on my MacBook.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already checked and cleared my hosts file, but there was no issue there. I also completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point, I don’t know what else to try. Has anyone experienced this before or found a solution?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure we cover all bases, could you check if resetting the app data makes any difference in this case? Just open the Spotify app on your Mac &amp;gt; in the menu bar at the top of the screen, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Help &lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Troubleshooting &lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset App Data and Restart&lt;/STRONG&gt;. It's also worth disabling hardware acceleration to see if the issue persists. This can be found in the same troubleshooting menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Shouldn't that do the trick, would you mind letting us know the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Did this start at any specific points? This could be after an update to the device's OS or to the app.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Does it happens with a different internet connection? For example, if you're currently on WiFi, you can check with a hotspot on 4G/5G.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you let us know if you have any issues with the desktop app? If not and it's only the web player, then it could be browser-related, so it might be worth testing this out with a different one or using an incognito window. Something else that comes to mind is clearing the browser's cache and cookies and disabling any ad blockers or extensions you might be using, or making sure Spotify's excluded from them.&lt;/P&gt;
