Volume, Loop and Shuffle Resetting

My Question or Issue

Whenever Spotify is opened after turning on the PC, my volume is reset to maximum and my loop and shuffle are both reset to off. Just logging out and back in saves these settings.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

You can try running a clean reinstall of the app, following the steps here. This will assure you're running the latest version of the app and that there are no caching issues.

Note that settings like the Volume slider, Shuffle and repeat will reset to default after a certain period of time when the app is not open.

Keep us posted if the clean reinstall made a difference.
