Hello, i tried using the app on my new laptop but got an error that said :a fire wall maybe blocking spotify. i tried several guids to solve this issue but nothing worked so i decided to use the web player , there i got a "Something went wrong Try reloading the page" massege. i tried opening a new acccount but its said that the emails i typed in are already linked to an account although when i tried restoring my password using those emails it said that they are not registerd.

please save me from this horribel conundrum :].

Can you log in with a different account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist? This will help us understand if it's account related or not.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know what troubleshooting you've done so that we can help you in the best way we can.

Regarding the new account you're writing about - this can happen if your account get disabled.
