My Question or Issue

I have been trying to long into my spotify account and it works on my xbox but when I try to use it on my PC and Web Browser it doesn't work. I've tried a Fresh install and looked and tried what other people said worked for them but it still isn't working for me. I've also tried turning the Firewall off and that didn't work.
