My Question or Issue

When i start spotify i get a black screen. I tried everything. Uninstall, clean uninstall i searched the faq and tried everything and i still get a black screen. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Are you a non-English Windows user? Try to switch your OS language to English and login.

Great troubleshooting so far! Also thank you @StevenLau24 for the advice. It's worth giving it a shot!

If you'd like you can also continue your troubleshooting by restarting your computer in safe mode with networking enabled (usually accessible by pressing F8 during boot-up) and try deleting all files containing Spotify again from there before downloading and installing Spotify from the Windows Apps store.
