Cannot see a playlist folder on desktop while it appears on mobile

My Question or Issue

Some time ago I created a folder to put my friend's playlists on. I have not accessed it in a while. I went to add another playlist to it on desktop and it would not show anywhere in my playlists tab. However, it does appear on my phone. I do not believe that I can add the playlist to the folder on my phone due to it being a desktop exclusive feature, Is there any other way I can check for this folder on my desktop? Am I missing something? Or did it just straight up disappear? The folder is not in any other folders.

MY SOLUTION

I moved a playlist to the playlist section of my desktop taskbar and the folder appeared. Hopefully, this helps someone out there.
