My Question or Issue

Hello,

From long time i using premium but I really need at this time offline listen because when i work, i need to access remote destop and for that we using VPN, and when i connect VPN my own computer lost connection that's why i try to download album then i can listen when i connect but i try to open album but application try to get album information from internet that's why get no result and not open.

This is already downloaded as you see.

Just to confirm, does it only happen with that album, or with any albums you have downloaded? We'd also like to know if you can listen to a downloaded playlist or if you see the same error message.

Thanks for the reply.

Does this also happen with playlists you've created?

Also, something you can try is to change the Default download location from the Spotify app settings.
