[Desktop][Podcasts] Podcast episode sorting does not work

Sorting the episodes of a specific podcast by date has been requested and implemented - but the feature does not work properly on the desktop application. When opening the page for a podcast show, the default episode sorting seems to be by data ('Newest to oldest'), however the episodes shown at the top of the list will often be from far in the past, and the sort will not work properly until the sort method is changed to something else and then changed back to 'Newest to oldest'.

Sometimes it will work properly when first opening the show's page, but very frequently it does not work until the sort method is modified.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you send over the exact app version you're currently running? Also, let us know if this happens with all podcasts.
