topic Issues with Spotify in Desktop (Windows)

So every once in a while i will have spotify crash out on me while playing music, and will not restart. after rebooting computer it will load occasionally. more often it will load the process and not show the log in screen. on top of this if i get it to load again it invariably redownloads every single song to the same directory where the stored music is, with all of the music files there. This is both irritating and inconvenient, and i am considering not playign for offline if it just eats bandwidth everytime the wind blows. please help me, i cant even listen to spotify for an hour without a crash.

Step #1 in the troubleshooting process is probably going to be for you to uninstall and then reinstall spotify.

I would suggest you try that first.
