Spotify glitches out every few seconds

My Question or Issue

When I stream songs on pc, it glitches out every few seconds. I assumed this issue was either due to a slow drive or internet connection but even though all my songs are downloaded on my pc it still has this issue, turning off the wifi sometimes helps. The only reliable way to fix this is to restart the song when it starts happening and only helps for one song. I've tried all solutions I have seen on this forum from reinstalling/cache clearing to different settings. I don't know what else to do besides switching to a different service but that would be a worse case scenario. If you need any more information or have a solution please let me know.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting this thread.

To start, please check that your app has disabled the Hardware Acceleration setting and test it again.

If this doesn't do the trick, we understand you already reinstall the app, so try running a clean reinstall this time. Please make sure to download the app from the Microsoft Store.
