&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, have you tried a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean&lt;/A&gt; reinstall of the Spotify app on your device? We recommend the steps in that guide, as they’re very thorough and make sure no damaged leftover files remain. These changes tend to solve issues like the one you're experiencing. Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's also worthwhile to make sure that the Spotify app is added as exception to your firewall and any antivirus software you might have installed. If that still doesn't fix things, let us know if the issue persists when connected to a different internet network.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to download a playlist but the progress bar for the download only progresses a little then stops. I've tried restarting the app, my computer and everything else I could think of up to and including uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. I'm on a family plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
