&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, did you follow these steps when reinstalling the app? Those are for a clean reinstall, which is more thorough than a regular one.&amp;nbsp;We also suggest downloading the app again from the &lt;A href="https://www.microsoft.com/store/p/spotify-music/9ncbcszsjrsb?cid=spotifyweb-windows10-store-direct" target="_blank"&gt;Microsoft Store&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, try restarting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Lastly, make sure that Spotify doesn't have any restrictions in your firewall or antivirus.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
