This Community Board is a Disaster.

Does anyone manage this? There are so many threads here that look like spam..........so many others where there is never a response from Spotify.....even after THOUSANDS of posts. Alphabetizing playlists for one......10k song limit..

If a comparable service comes along people will drop Spotify like a stone purely due to its shocking customer service. There really seems to be none whatsoever.

The Spam messages are looked into as a issue now; We're always trying to make improvements to the Community.
