[Desktop] fix the White start

When desktop app starts-it's extremaly in white color blinks. That's very uncomfortable and harmful to the eyes. Fix that, please

that white screen lasts about 0,5 second but very annoying and harmful for eyes.

Thank you for your reply!

After checking the image we can confirm that is not a normal behavior for the app. However, take into account that depending on the computer's speed to start up certain apps, they may take some seconds longer to load up and cause this.

You can try running a clean reinstall to check if there's a difference. And if the issue persists, can you confirm the Windows version you're running?

so, problem stil exists, but that white blink is a little shorter. Tried hardware acceleration ON/OFF, also clean reinstall with deleting registry and app data roaming.

Windows version is 10 Pro 21H2.

No worries, we can add a few more steps to make sure we've covered all bases.

We suggest that you check your firewall and make sure Spotify is set as an exception.

On another note, would you mind checking if the OS of your PC is up to date?

hello for me the web browse is just completely white and it'll stay like that for ever and wont chage
