    <description>&lt;P&gt;I found that the issue was not Spotify, but my CPU was spiking to 100% whenever I was opening web pages.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The high CPU is what was causing my audio quality disturbances.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am going to redownload mobo, chipset, and audio drivers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
