My Question or Issue

my social tab shows as if its loading the three people I have on there the entire time. i have linked and unlinked facebook. (these are people I followed from spotify, not FB related). i have uninstalled and reinstalled, installed both the web app and the ms app and nothing has worked.

Thanks for reaching out.

Please keep in mind that the friends you follow on Spotify need to have the setting switched to ON from the settings menu for you to be able see their activity in your Friend Feed. Plus you'll need yours switched to ON if you want your followers to see your activity too. If you can confirm that this is the case and the issue persists, it would seem that you're experiencing a case of this Ongoing Issue. We recommend that you add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well. It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner to be informed an all updates, as soon as there are any.
