It's not possible to play a playlist in reversed order

In the Windows software you can't reverse sort a playlist on the manual order the tracks were put in.

When you have someone else's playlist and want to play those tracks in the reverse order that is not possible.

It's currently not possible to sort a playlist in reverse order. What you can try is to sort by Date Added. This will sort it backwards depending on the date each track was added to the list.

Some users have shared their workarounds to this here. Check it out.

The Date added has nothing to do with the order of a curated list where position is relevant, like a voted list of tracks.

A playlist can be sorted by any column using a very common UI:

- first click on column head to sorts by that column

- click again to reverse sort that by that column

- click again for the unsorted / natural order.

I consider it a software bug that this does not happen when clicking the first column.

By the way, the first time I submitted my recent reply an unexpected error occurred. Looks like the website also has some software problems 🙂
