Windows 10 notifications Not Working

My Question or Issue

I installed the app 2 days ago on my Windows 10 desktop, iPhone and iPad. There is nothing in the Windows 10 settings to enable Desktop Notifications, only in the app itself. I am not getting notifications for new podcasts.

As a side, for my iPhone and iPad, I finally received a podcast notification this morning, but when I looked in the app on the phone it stated in the notification section that the new episode actually occurred 4 hours ago.

Are notifications still in beta testing?

Currently, there isn't an existing setting that shows notifications for new podcast episodes on the desktop app.

However, in this idea other users have asked for the possibility to have a place dedicated to the newest episodes of the shows you follow. You can support the idea by adding your +VOTE , that'll make sure you stay up-to-date with any relevant updates about this. It’s also worth knowing that the higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for the idea to be implemented.

Lastly, about the delayed notification on your mobile app, these delays may occur due to the cache refreshment. It could also happen that if there are too many releases in a time window, those may show up delayed.
