Media keys won't work

My Question or Issue

My medias stopped working, the forward and backward keys still work but the play/pause don't work. I've tried everything, I've changed settings, restarted my laptop, but nothing worked.

Hey there, have you tried a clean install of the Desktop App? It tends to solve most of these issues easily. Note that performing a clean install will remove all your offline content and you will need to download it again. For a guide on how to clean install, check it here. Keep us posted.

Yes I have, I got it working for about a week but then today it stopped again, just did a clean reset and nothing.
