    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;None of my spotify palylists will load, I have tried closing the program and reopening, I have also tried running the program as administrator but that also does not resolve the issue. When i click on the desired playlist it just does the loading visual and will then say: "Couldn't find that playlist, search for something else?".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that you're having such issues with the Desktop app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Try a clean reinstall. Follow this Spotify &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;Guide &lt;/A&gt;to delete all app data/ cache completely and then install the latest available version.&lt;/P&gt;
