My Question or Issue

I've tried reinstalling the app,allow access through firewall,basically all methods mentioned in previous cases but my Spotify still appeared blank when I open it.

Could you please share with us which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? We'll also need a screenshot of what you're seeing as well as the exact Spotify version that is running on the device. We'll look into this further.
