PC Crossfade Bug

The PC version of Spotify presently has a bug in the crossfade slider. Unlike the phone app, the slider on the PC does not snap to 1-second increments properly.

When first enabling crossfade, the slider does snap to the nearest 1-second increment, but then jumps when either the mouse moves or the left mouse button is released.

The net result is that it's impossible to set the slider to exactly a 1-second increment which is required for the software to correctly interpret the input. Due to this, when you leave the settings page and then return, the slider reads an unrealistic number such as 1227656 or -911803 seconds.
