Subfolders in playlists

A larger playlist with smaller playlists inside of each folder, possibly separating different genres by their mood, subgenre, etc. Abilities would include playing the entire playlist as one, or shuffling all of the songs only inside of one playlist depending on the mood.

No worries, you can organize your playlists in folders easily following the steps here.

Keep in mind that you need to use the desktop app or web player to make playlist folders, but they will be shown on all devices.

If you think your idea should be considered as separate, feel free to submit it again highlighting how your idea is distinct from the existing option.

This answer isn’t what they are asking for at all.. they want sub folders in playlists. Let’s say I wanted a playlist for songs about each state.. instead of 50 new playlists you could have a state songs list with Colorado underneath.. and you could put Tequila by Dan and Shay in the Colorado “ sub playlist “

it would help me clean up my account as I have made hundreds of lists…
