My Question or Issue

If I use spotify on my computer, it doesn't count for me and I can't connect the device to my phone. Also, the status is not shown on the discord. (I have it turned on)
But when I use spotify on my browser it works fine.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and for the provided information.

First we'd like you to try a clean reinstall of the app as that will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if you're using the version from our website or from Microsoft store?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
