Also, the status is not shown on the discord. (I have it turned on)&lt;BR /&gt;But when I use spotify on my browser it works fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First we'd like you to try a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app as that will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if you're using the version from our website or from Microsoft store?&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
