&lt;P&gt;Can you double check so that you haven't turned off Local files in the Settings menu?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can check out how to switch to offline mode in &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/listen-offline/" target="_blank"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; article.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another useful step to try is to perform a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app and then resync the songs from your PC to your phone. &amp;nbsp;This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.&lt;/P&gt;
