Why are playlists I've set to private showing up in my public playlist tab?

I right clicked and it says "make private" so I click that and supposedly the playlist is private but when I go to my profile I see it under my public playlists section. I did something similar the other month and that playlist isn't showing up. What changed and are these playlist visible to others or just me?

It looks like you don't have the latest version of the app installed. In this case, would you mind performing a clean reinstall of the app on your PC?
