Problema con Queue

My Question or Issue

Someone used my account to listen to music other than mine and now every time I want to listen to a playlist it only plays 1 song from my playlist and replays the music of the genre that the other person listens to, which is not to my liking.

The worst of all is that it does not play my music, it only plays 1 song and then continues with the other, even sometimes when I select a song from my playlist it plays another one and I have to press the song again to play it

I tried to delete recently listened but it didn't work

What can I do about it? There is such a thing as factory reset 😅

Thanks for the post.

First of all I'd recommend running through the steps in this article to make sure that nobody else has access to your account.

There is no way to reset your recommendations algorithm, so you'll keep seeing songs that the other person might have listened to for some time. The only way around this is to listen to more of your favorite music over the next week and the recommendations should update.
