[Desktop][Developer] Screen resizes incorrectly when using dynamic scaling

Applies to: When running the desktop Spotify app, on a PC with multiple monitors in use, where there are multiple DPI profiles in use.

Issue: When resuming focus of the desktop app (opening from task bar), the app seems to resize itself to conform to the DPI setting of the primary monitor, not the monitor that it opens into. So in my case, my primary display is 4K with high scaling, and other monitors are 1080P with default scaling. When Spotify opens into one of my 1080p monitors, it flickers for a second then resizes itself to larger than 1080p. This means every time I open the app I have to move the window and resize it much smaller to be able to see all 4 corners of the app on the screen.

Expected behaviour: The app is aware of the DPI setting for the screen it is opened into, not the default/main monitor's DPI setting.
