&lt;P&gt;We suggest making sure your proxy settings are set to default. Also, make sure you have any VPNs disabled (on the network you use). If you have any firewalls, or process ending apps/programs installed, we suggest disabling those to test for now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Changing tunes, let us know if this happens when logging in with a different device (if possible).&lt;/P&gt;

I checked the settings, uninstalled and reinstalled. The problem still persists</description>
