I clean reinstalled Spotify on both my desktop and my phone, changed the password, turned on offline mode on both my devices for 10 minutes, checked my firewall and antivirus, I don't use VPN, my internet isn't restricted and both my devices are up to date. I really don't know what else I can do, help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/25387203"&gt;@mehmachine&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/25388199"&gt;@Khaledd&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you're having problems with syncing devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already could you try these steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;first of all, ensure&amp;nbsp; that your connection isn't being blocked by a firewall or any&amp;nbsp; VPN.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Verify if you're logged into the same accounts on both devices&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try a different network connection&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log out and back in on both devices.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restarting both devices&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of those help, you should let me know but I'll need some help from you guys.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It'd be real helpful if you could share device info, like OS version and Spotify version of both the desktop and mobile apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
