topic No audio on podcast in Desktop (Windows)

No audio on podcast

I click play on this podcast: https://open.spotify.com/episode/3fUjhGoqbcQenMV9Ana8Fh?si=ad65f02f06914890
but there is no audio. This is the third time this issue has happened for this particular podcast over the past 3 months. The only way I have found to resolve it is to talk to spotify support. Is there a way to stop this from happening in the future? This issue is on my webplayer, and desktop app but works on my phone and never gets resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling spotify

Just to confirm, is this happening only with that specific podcast you mentioned?

On another note, would you mind trying to log in to your account on a different PC to check if the same happens?

Also, we'd like to know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried. That way we can avoid any repeating steps.
