    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;USA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent a lot of time trying to figure this out on my own.&amp;nbsp; I am NOT very "computer-wise" so it's been a challenge.&amp;nbsp; Spotify has been crashing within 2-3 seconds every time I open it.&amp;nbsp; I uninstalled and reinstalled it countless times, all with different variations of restarted the computer inbetween each step.&amp;nbsp; Then I saw the advice to do a "clean reinstall".&amp;nbsp; I was fine with trying that, but once I got to the %appdata% and local files and I was supposed to delete all Spotify files, there were none.&amp;nbsp; Nothing.&amp;nbsp; No sign of Spotify anywhere.&amp;nbsp; I've reinstalled Spotify twice this way, and there are NEVER any files in %appdata or local" and it closes in seconds after opening every time still.&amp;nbsp; Again, I know nothing about computers, but that seems like a problem?!!??&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23545372"&gt;@adavy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have been many reports of the desktop app crashing and it seems related to the latest Windows update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is now an&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Desktop-app-crashing-on-Windows-after-latest-update/idi-p/5394062" target="_self"&gt;Ongoing Issue&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;meaning it's being&amp;nbsp; looked into.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What you can do is to head over to that thread, leave a &lt;STRONG&gt;VOTE+&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;subscribe so that you can get any new developments at&amp;nbsp; the earliest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do apologize&amp;nbsp; for the inconvenience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and take care.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
