&lt;P&gt;This is expected behavior as not all devices support the initial connection from a PC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you connect from your mobile device? At that point the session should become available on the PC as well and you'll be able to control it remotely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To use Spotify Connect, make sure of the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;All devices are on the same WiFi network.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Your Spotify app is up-to-date.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;All devices’ software is up-to-date.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Remember that you'll need to open the app on both devices at the same time, so you can use the Spotify Connect feature.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;BR /&gt;I have the same problem for about 2 weeks now!&lt;BR /&gt;No changes are made on my network. YES, all devices are on the same WiFi network. I have several speakers, some of them even on LAN. Again, same network. I'm working in the IT. I see on the firewall logs, that the firewall blocks UDP 15600 on the broadcast address (x.x.x.&lt;SPAN&gt;255) Which&amp;nbsp;is to 100% correct, no firewall will allow outgoing on the broadcast address!&lt;BR /&gt;Also no reason to do so, as there are on the same LAN!&lt;BR /&gt;The only reason I have premium is to connect&amp;nbsp;to devices, fix it or I have to cancel the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, the same thing happens, connect my cell phone and it is open on the laptop and I can send it to play on the laptop from the cell phone but from the laptop to the cell phone it does not allow me to see that it says cell phone but it is in a different color and does nothing when i press the cellular option&lt;/P&gt;</description>
