My Question or Issue

Spotify is not starting no matter what I do. I have restarted my device multiple times, re-installed Spotify many times, and my issue isn't fixed. I have uninstalled Spotify and all of its files, reinstalled it and it still doesn't open.

When I download Spotify from the Microsoft store it opens, but when installing It from the Spotify website it doesn't open. I would prefer to have it downloaded from the Spotify website and it open. Is there a fix to this?

Hey @Julijuanjuan,

Have you tried running Spotify as an administrator? That fixed it for some users in the past.

I have tried and it didn't work in the past, I just re-installed Spotify, and it's working now!
