&lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging out and back in again a few times on both devices after resetting the router? Do the apps sync if you use a different internet connection, e.g. a hot spot from your phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the syncing work if you use a different account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how that went,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know for a different account but the syncing doesn't work after logging back after restarting the router and on a different internet connection but it works on a different computer. I'm thinking it's how my computer handles the Spotify app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply and the troubleshooting you've tried.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using the app version from the Microsoft Store or the one from the Spotify site? Could you try switching between the two?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also create a new account for testing purposes and let us know how the new one behaves.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keep us posted,&lt;/P&gt;
