Spotify keeps pausing

My spotify has been perfectly fine on my phone, but once i use it on pc or playstation is pausing every time. I’ve tried every solution I’ve seen online and none have fixed it. It’s up to date so I don’t know what the problem is.

When the app is not working at its full potential on different devices, it's worth trying a different connection. First, we'd recommend checking if it happens when connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or not. In case you don't have another available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

It would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your PC or PlayStation - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of the affected devices, along with the Spotify version you're currently running on them to continue investigating.

We'll be on the lookout.
