Why did Spotify remove the shuffle feature?

Why can't I use the shuffle button to play a random song and create a new queue anymore? I don't really like the new layout and I really miss that original button.

Is there any way to get it back?

Thanks for the post.

Can you send us a screenshot of how you app looks like? There should be a Shuffle play button both on top of the playlist when you open it and in the Now playing bar on the bottom of the screen.

I also don't have the shuffle button on top of the queue, but it does exist in the 'Now Playing' bar. It seems that a lot of features show up on some people's apps, but not everyone's. Why is that? I just downloaded the most recent update about 10 minutes ago.

Thank you for your response, but this doesn't really help. I update the software and my phone app just as anyone else would, yet many of us seem to get different features. Some people get the shuffle button at the top. Some are able to clear their queue, but I can't do any of this. I use two different phones and a desktop version, but none of this works on anything.
