My Question or Issue

The app automatically closes when I try to play music.I've tried clean reinstall and restarting my laptop but none of these works.It is still okay on web or IOS app.

To start with, can you follow the steps here under clean reinstall? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If the issue persists, can you try with a different internet connection?
