&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, have you already downloaded the Spotify app on your PC? If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can do it &lt;A href="https://explore.spotify.com/pages/desktop-app" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. When you open the app then, it'll ask you to enter your login details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's not how it works on your end, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing? We'll take a closer look.&amp;nbsp;You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.&lt;/P&gt;
